지금까지 최초의 청년 미술 축제로서 서울에서 4회에 걸쳐 국내 청년 작가들의 창의성과 열정을 널리 알리며, 신진작가들의 작업 환경 개선과 신진 작가 발굴에 크게 기여해온 아트그라운드는

2023년 런던에서 개최된 첫번째 에디션을 통해 국제 미술 시장에서 우리 행사의 잠재력을 확인하여 글로벌 무대에서의 가능성을 입증했습니다.

이제 우리는 그간의 성과를 바탕으로 전 세계 10여개국의 청년 작가와 큐레이터를 초청하는 새로운 도약을 준비합니다.

글로벌 아트그라운드 2025은 단순히 국내 청년 예술인들의 전시를 넘어, 사회, 역사, 철학 등 다양한 글로벌 담론을 예술로 승화시키고, 국제적인 네트워크와 협업을 통해 예술적 소통의 장을 마련하는 데 주력할 것입니다.

우리의 미션은 예술을 통한 사회적 대화와 문화적 변화를 이끌어내어, 앞으로의 전시가 전 세계 청년 예술인들이 자유롭게 창작하고 상호 소통할 수 있는 혁신적 플랫폼으로 자리매김하도록 하는 데 있습니다.

지금까지 국내에서 쌓아온 풍부한 경험과 런던에서 확인한 글로벌 가능성을 바탕으로, 글로벌 아트그라운드 2025은 새로운 시대를 선도할 국제 청년 미술 축제로서 한 단계 더 도약할 것입니다.

Our mission is to ignite global dialogue and drive cultural change through art. As Korea’s first-ever young art festival, Artground has, over four editions held in Seoul, showcased the creativity and passion of hundreds of emerging artists, significantly improving their working environments and serving as a launchpad for new talent. In 2023, our inaugural edition in London confirmed the festival’s potential in the international art market and demonstrated its global possibilities.

Now, building on these achievements, we are preparing to take a bold new step by inviting young artists and curators from over ten countries. Global Artground 2025 will go beyond domestic exhibitions to transform art into a powerful medium that elevates global dialogues on social, historical, and philosophical issues. We are committed to establishing an international network and collaborative platform that fosters meaningful artistic communication.

Drawing on our rich domestic experience and the global potential proven in London, Global Artground 2025 is poised to lead a new era as an international young art festival.
